Problem: Customer (in Silicon Wafer Fab Industry) is stretched for Space and capacity. Situation is limiting over all production and ability to ship finished units.
Solution: G2 offers to "turnkey" process of building required industrial computer with a domestic supplier. Units will be built to customers specifications.
Result: Outsourcing of computers allows customer to focus on their core competency. This frees up factory space, manpower, in both production & purchasing areas. It also improves the cash-flow by reducing the overall lead time.

Problem: Customer, who designs & sells POS systems to fast food industry is having problem with deliveries from previous vendor. Customer is also limited in number of units he may process through his very limited size facility.
Solution: G2 offers to have units "turnkeyed" vs. kitted, which eliminates shortages and discrepancies from kits. Units will be "stocked" in finished form or in high level subassemblies. G2 also has also offered to drop ship units to the end customers, eliminating a previous processing bottleneck.
Result: Customer sales have doubled, partially due to bottleneck elimination. Lead times have decreased for customer by average of 7-15 days which had also improved cash flow.

Problem: Customer is under tremendous pricing pressure. Must reduce pricing up to 25%. These economies cannot be met by current domestic supplier.
Solution: G2 offers a domestic/offshore solution. A domestic contract manufacturer, Variosystems, with a redundant facility in the Far East, offers to manufacture units in Sri Lanka, and stock finished goods in Dallas, TX.
Result: Customers receives "offshore" price with domestic service. There are no language barriers to overcome, no time zone issues, no import headaches. This is accomplished by Variosystems, located in Dallas. All units are air freighted from far east and shipped FOB Dallas, TX. Units are shipped from stock and can go "next day" when required.

Problem: Customer is under pricing pressure and lead time pressures to move "bare" boards quickly through assembly process. Assembling of boards is handled by a local contract manufacturer.
Solution: Domestic importer of "offshore" boards offers to stock bare boards in both their own facility and the customer's facility (consignment) until they are required.
Result: Improved cash flow & "just in time" environment is utilized. No payments are made until after boards are assembled. Also a 15% reduction in the cost of "bare" Printed circuit boards.
